Crafting time with purpose
At Mousie Clockworks, located in Hindman, Kentucky, we transform ordinary materials into extraordinary timepieces. Discover the unique elements and dedicated craftsmanship that define our custom wooden clocks.
Unique materials with a story
We pride ourselves on using materials that not only look beautiful but also tell a story. From reclaimed pallet wood to repurposed metal trash can lids, each clock begins with a distinctive foundation. We also work with unfinished wood, allowing its natural beauty to shine through in every custom creation. Our commitment to unique and sustainable sourcing sets our clocks apart, ensuring that your timepiece is one-of-a-kind.
Handmade picture frame clocks
Combine your cherished memories with artisan woodworking. Our custom picture frame clocks are crafted starting at 8x10 sizes and scaled up to grand statement pieces for your walls. Built by hand in Hindman, Kentucky, each frame pairs reclaimed and natural wood with precise quartz clock movements to showcase family photos, prints, or art alongside timeless function.
Handmade with precision and care
Every clock from Mousie Clockworks is a testament to meticulous handmade craftsmanship. Our process begins with careful preparation, such as sanding the wood to perfection. A special wood oil is then applied to highlight and draw out the natural grain, giving each piece a rich, deep character. These steps ensure that every clock is not just a time-telling device, but a unique piece of art crafted with passion and skill.
Quality and durability for lasting enjoyment
The quality and durability of our clocks are paramount. For clocks crafted from wood, we apply a specialized sealer that ensures they perform beautifully for both indoor and outdoor use. We want our customers to feel a sense of pride and lasting joy when they see or own one of our creations. Our focus on robust construction and protective finishes guarantees that your Mousie Clockworks timepiece will endure and bring beauty to your space for years to come.
